A Day in the life of BUSY

WOW! Can my life get any BUSIER? I ask. This is the BUSIEST SEASON of My LIFE, I believe. I pray that God will enable me to be prepared for ALL the demands and opportunities that are coming up at work, in church, with my family, and within my own personal GROWTH at this time!!! Today, I took Jacie with me to work - SHE IS TAKING MUSIC!!! She is so talented and beautiful! We had a big day and even though I planned to leave work and come home early at 5 pm, the little napping princess didn't wake up in my office until after 6 pm. Once we got home at 7:30pm, she was so tired and hungry, that she cried a lot...but I patiently (thank you Jesus) tended to her needs and got her settled on the floor in the den (close enough for her to hear me cooking in the kitchen). Oh, and I had to turn on the WIGGLES for her too - I don't get it, but this is one of the few dvds that she will just sit and watch, so I have recently discovered!!! then at 8:30 I began the LONG LABOR OF LOVE - creating my tasty lasagne rolls to be served at bible study tomorrow night...they have just finished...see one of the finished dishes above! This is one of the few dishes that I have perfected - & I love to make!!! I hope that EVERYONE enjoys them tomorrow as well. Now that the food is done, the princess is asleep, the blog is posted, I think I will take a bow and rest...UNTIL TOMORROW --- BY THE WAY, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO IS GOING TO CLEAN THE HOUSE?!?!? (and make the rest of the desserts for the party on Saturday morning, plan the fundraiser at work, prepare and study for the bible study, and spend quality time with family - A DAY IN THE LIFE....)

Stacie's Stage

Well, This is my first attempt at blogging...I can't wait to get started! This is where I hope to share my life, my thoughts, my prayers, and MY HOPES. I named my blog Stacie's Stage, because aren't we sometimes just players in our own BIG STORY...We just don't know how things will unfold until each day is over. Today has been a great day -- work was productive, my dad kept my angel (who is sick), supper was fixed, dishes are done, and sleep will come soon. Thank you JESUS for another beautifully scripted DAY in my life, and I pray now for a new tomorrow.
